The aim of Genesis Academy of Excellence is to teach students the principles necessary to become excellent forestry workers who are valuable assets.
This is achieved through mindset training, physical education, and holistic discipline.
The three-level system of education starts with Bronze, then Silver, and finally Gold.
Quantity
Bronze:
Students qualify with a certificate of competence in each of the following disciplines:
– Brush cutting
– Chainsaw operation
– Tree planting
– ATV off-road driving
– Chemical application
Silver:
Students learn to complete tasks with attention to detail, aesthetics, and speed, incorporating mindset training.
Gold:
Students are trained to instruct others at the Silver level and to run and organize a squad of Silver academy members.
